小青蟹2隻 - 2 small mud crabs
紅蔥頭7個 - 7 shallots
蒜8瓣 - 8 cloves of garlic
尖椒4條 - 4 chilli peppers
紅辣椒4條 - 4 thai chilli
薑約1吋長度 - 1 inch lengthwise of ginger
青檸1個 - 1 lime
馬拉盞2湯匙 - 2 tbsp of Belacan Shrimp Paste
豆醬1湯匙 - 1tbsp of fermented beans
糖4湯匙 - 4tbsp of sugar
番茄醬4-5湯匙 - 4-5 tomato ketchup
白胡椒粉半茶匙 - half a tsp of white pepper
水(或雞湯)約一杯半 - 1 and a half cup of water (or chicken stock)
雞蛋兩只 - 2 eggs beaten
饅頭6個 - 6 mantous (plain Chinese buns)
